Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request, together with your bank account number (local bank only) for refund process.
Once your request is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the provided account bank number within 2 (two) business days.
If your subscription was purchased through our affiliate program, refunds will be processed as follows:
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the affiliate commission fee. This fee is deducted to compensate the affiliate for their marketing efforts.
