Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product.
- If there are errors or inaccuracies in the product that significantly impact its usefulness or functionality.
- If you are not satisfied with the product within a specified refund period.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to me@azbahri.my within 7 (seven) days of your purchase.
Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request, together with your bank account number (local bank only) for refund process.
Once your request is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the provided account bank number within 2 (two) business days.
Refunds for Affiliate Program Subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased through our affiliate program, refunds will be processed as follows:
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the affiliate commission fee. This fee is deducted to compensate the affiliate for their marketing efforts.
Non-refundable Items
Not all digital product subscriptions are eligible for refunds. The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- If you have engaged in abusive usage or activities that significantly impact server performance, affecting other users in accordance with our fair usage policy.
- If your subscription has already expired.
- If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
